How to Resolve "Epson Printer is Not Responding" Error in Windows PC

If you have a problem with your Epson printer like your Epson Printer Offline, Epson printer is not responding etc., the first thing you should do is to check whether there is any paper stuck in the printer. If you find that there is no paper in the printer, then you can use an inkjet printer cleaning kit.

You can use this kit to clean the print head, so that your Epson printer will be able to work properly again. In order to use this cleaning kit, you need to follow some steps:

Step 1: Unplug your Epson Printer. If you are not sure how to do this, please refer to your product manual or contact customer support by phone or email if available.

Step 2: Remove all cartridges from your Epson Printer and place them on a flat surface. You may have to remove the print heads if they are too tight for removal with your fingers.

Step 3: Place one end of an inkjet cleaning strip into one of the slots on top of each cartridge housing and push it firmly into place until it clicks into place.

2. Clear any debris from your cartridge area using canned air or other compressed air device. This will help clear out any debris that may be stuck in there preventing your cartridge from working properly again.

3. Try resetting your ink level on both sides of the cartridge by holding down each button while pushing them in until they click into place on each side of the cartridge (left button first). Then wait 15 seconds before pushing each button back out again to remove them completely before repeating this process with each button one at a time until all buttons are removed completely then wait another 15 seconds.
